Our NEXT REGULAR MEETING is Friday, May 15, in the Church Hall
IMPORTANT: Saturday, May 16 is Scouts in the Park Day. Our Troop
will be doing service at Cunningham Park. (We will join our
Matinecock Chapter of the Order of the Arrow in this service
project.) It will be fun and we will help improve a park in our own
neighborhood. Time is 9:00 AM- about 2 or 3 PM. (Details will
be distributed by email) Please plan to be there.
THANK YOU to the Scouts and adult
leaders who came out to help run the Cub Scout Activity Day at
Alpine this past weekend.

HIKING MAP: Here is a LOCAL 6.8 mile hike that almost anyone
can do. See if you can do it in 2.5 hours or less with a heavy
pack!
ATTENTION ALL SCOUTS: You should be working
on advancement in Scouting. Please make sure that you are working
with Mr. Leblond, our Advancement Chairman, and Scoutmaster Tognan
to identify merit badges you can work on with a counselor and on
progressing on the
various skills and actions you need signed off in your advancement
pages of the Scout Manual.
